non-runner

A non-runner is a selection that is withdrawn from an event. For example, a horse may be withdrawn from a race because the conditions (going) change so much that they no longer suit the horse. All matched bets placed on a non-runner are voided and unmatched bets on that selection are cancelled and removed from the market.
